The percentage is recorded on each offer when it is created, so a later change to Amour pricing never rewrites a job you already agreed.

Set the hours you actually need
There is no fixed menu of shifts. On an hourly offer you build a recurring weekly schedule block by block, in your own timezone, and billing follows it hour by hour.

Hires completed and ratings earned on Amour are shown on the profile, so you are judging a track record rather than a pitch.
Terms agreed in writing

Funds sit in escrow while the work happens. Nothing is released on trust alone, in either direction.

- How do I hire a chatter from the marketplace?
- Post a job and review applicants, or browse profiles and reach out yourself. Agree the terms in the message thread, send an offer, then fund escrow. The money releases when you confirm the work is done.
- Are the chatters vetted?
- Not by Amour. The marketplace is open, so anyone can create a profile, and we do not interview or background check the people in it. What you get instead is the evidence: their profile, the hires and ratings they have earned on Amour, your own conversation with them, and escrow so the money is not at risk while you find out. If you would rather someone else did the vetting, the reserved chatter and managed service options are the ones where Amour supplies the person.
