I’ve spent the last 3 years doing remote customer support and sales - chat, email, phone, all of it. Right now I sell insurance packages at LeadWay on commission, so I'm used to conversations that need to actually close, not just resolve a ticket. I pick up new platforms and scripts fast, I don't mind odd hours, and I'm looking for a chat/subscriber engagement role where that sales instinct is actually useful.
