About the role
We're looking for a sharp, sales-minded chatter to handle PPV sales and engagement for our top-tier creator roster. You'll be working a $15K+/wk creator from day one and graduating to the $50K+/wk roster after a 30-day ramp. Your day-to-day: - Manage 1–2 OF inboxes per shift (we cap workload to keep quality high). - Run PPV drops following our playbook, adapt scripts to fan voice. - Build long-term GFE rapport with whales — we measure success on LTV, not single-sale volume. - Log every notable fan interaction in our CRM so the next shift can pick up seamlessly. We provide full training on our scripts, voice guides, and CRM tooling. You'll be paired with a senior chatter for your first two weeks before going solo.
What we're looking for
Required: - 1+ year demonstrable OnlyFans chatting experience (not just IG/Reddit DM work). - Strong written English — fan messages should read like they're from the creator, not a script. - Reliable internet + a quiet workspace for full shifts. - Comfort with adult content and explicit sexting. Nice to have: - Prior experience with Infloww, Supercreator, or similar CRMs. - A track record of converting whale fans into recurring high-spenders.
