Reddit Posting VA — Adult content distribution

Solo agency looking for a reliable Reddit-savvy VA to manage our posting calendar across 40+ subreddits for 6 OF creators. You'll own the schedule, the captions, and the karma management — we just need someone we can trust to keep the funnel feeding without bans. Tasks: - Post 60–80 pieces of content per day across our subreddit map (we'll provide the content + caption library). - Keep individual accounts within karma + flair limits to avoid shadowbans. - Flag promising threads to our chatters for follow-up. - Weekly report: top-performing subs, click-through, and any account warnings.

Required: - Hands-on experience posting on Reddit at scale (NSFW or otherwise). - Understanding of subreddit rules, karma farming, and ban avoidance. - Disciplined with schedules — we use Postpone but you set the cadence. Nice to have: - Familiarity with adult-content subreddit etiquette. - Experience using Reddit alongside link-shorteners and tracking pixels.
