About the role

Established agency hiring a full-time Instagram VA to manage DMs across 6 creator accounts. Your job is to keep IG warm — answer DMs in-character, funnel qualified fans to OF, and flag DM trends to the growth team. You'll inherit a full SOP: response templates, IG ToS guardrails, escalation paths for unhinged fans, and a weekly cadence for posting Stories that drive DMs. We pay $2.50/hr base + $0.50/hr per account once you're running 4+ accounts at full volume, plus a $25 bonus per qualified OF subscription that traces back to your DMs.

What we're looking for

Required: - 6+ months managing IG DMs at scale (creator economy, agency, or brand). - Working knowledge of IG's adult-content rules — we burn accounts when VAs cross lines. - Comfort using Manychat or similar DM automation alongside manual replies. Nice to have: - Experience writing IG Story copy that actually drives DMs (not just impressions). - Bilingual: Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
