About the role
Skylight Talent runs a focused roster of 4 Latina creators (combined ~$120K/mo). We're hiring a native or fluent Spanish chatter to handle DMs, mass messages, and PPV drops across the roster. The job is half conversation work (1:1 DMs in Spanish, Spanglish, and English) and half campaign work (writing + scheduling mass messages, segmenting fans, reporting on PPV pickup rates). Comp is $3.50/hr base + 6% commission on PPV revenue you generate. We pay weekly via Wise. You'll work alongside two other chatters and report to our content director.
What we're looking for
Required: - Native or C2-fluent Spanish reading + writing (we'll test on a real fan thread). - Confident written English for the Spanglish + English-speaking fan segment. - Experience with PPV mass messaging, segment building, and unsend windows. Nice to have: - Latin American culture fluency — fans pick up on tone-deaf replies fast. - Experience with Infloww or supercreator.ai mass messaging.
