Experienced OFM Chatters Needed – Long-Term Role
The role involves: replying to subscribers building genuine conversations re-engaging inactive fans following scripts and internal systems taking CRM notes helping guide conversations toward renewals, retention, and paid content sales We are NOT looking for robotic copy-paste chatters. Strong emotional intelligence, natural English, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to different creator tones are extremely important. Requirements: Strong written English Fast typing speed Reliable internet and PC/laptop Ability to follow detailed instructions Comfortable with sales-focused conversations Comfortable working with adult creator accounts Available for long shifts and weekend coverage Experience with OFM / creator chatting is preferred, but highly coachable applicants with strong communication skills may still be considered. Training, scripts, and ongoing guidance are provided for the right person.
