Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number, CVC, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. We may store a Stripe customer ID and payment method identifiers for billing purposes.
Platform Credentials: If you use our secure credential sharing feature, encrypted credentials for third-party platforms (such as OnlyFans) are stored using industry-standard encryption. These credentials are only accessible to chatters you have explicitly authorized.
Communications: Messages sent through our messaging system are stored to provide the service and for dispute resolution purposes.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, device information, IP address, browser type, and referring URLs.
Support Data: When you contact support or submit a ticket, we collect the information you provide in your request.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its features
- Process payments and manage billing
- Match creators with appropriate chatters based on needs and preferences

- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues

Between Users: Limited profile information (display name, account type, tier, and performance metrics for chatters) is visible to other users as necessary for the marketplace to function. Creator revenue information is never shared with chatters or other creators.

- Vercel for hosting and infrastructure
- Supabase for database and authentication services
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
