Chatter Agreement

This Chatter Agreement supplements the Amour Terms of Service and governs your engagement as an approved Chatter on the Amour platform. If any conflict arises between this Agreement and the Terms, this Agreement controls with respect to your chat-operator engagement.

1. Independent contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Amour or any creator. You control your schedule, your equipment, and how you complete engagements within the guardrails defined by the individual creator's brief.

2. Compensation

  • Commission:Between 15% and 25% of the net revenue you generate on a creator's account during your assigned hours, depending on the engagement tier and niche. Your exact rate is set in the engagement offer you accept in your dashboard.
  • Base hourly (select engagements only): Some creators opt into a guaranteed hourly base in addition to commission. When present, it is stated up front in the offer.
  • Payouts: Weekly via Stripe Connect. Minimum payout threshold $25. Funds clear on a T+3 schedule from the close of the commission week.
  • Training pay: Paid onboarding modules (findom, femdom, feet) are compensated at a flat $20/hour during the training window, capped at the hours specified in the module.

3. Confidentiality

You agree to treat all information about creators, subscribers, and Amour's internal operations as strictly confidential. This obligation survives the end of your engagement. Screenshotting or exporting message history from a creator's account for any purpose other than Amour-provided analytics is a material breach.

4. Non-circumvention

For twelve months after the end of an engagement with a specific creator matched through Amour, you will not solicit or accept paid chat work directly from that creator outside the Amour platform. Staying on-platform keeps both sides protected and payments clean.

5. Safety & conduct

  • You will never claim to be, flirt with, or engage any user who has not affirmed they are 18+. If a user claims to be a minor at any point, you will end the conversation immediately and report it to the Amour safety team.
  • You will not engage in illegal content categories as defined by applicable law in your jurisdiction and the user's jurisdiction.
  • You will not extract personal information (full name, address, workplace) from users unless it is relevant to the engagement and the user has volunteered it.
  • You will comply with each creator's written brief (voice, hard limits, upsell menu) for every engagement.

6. Training

Completion of the paid onboarding module for a given niche is required before you are matched with creators in that niche. We currently operate full training modules for financial domination, femdom / power exchange, and feet / worship. Other niches you list in your application are matched based on your self-reported experience and the creator's own onboarding materials.

7. Performance reviews

We review Chatter performance monthly using creator feedback, conversion metrics, and safety signals. Under-performers receive specific feedback and thirty days to improve before reassignment or termination. Consistent top performers are offered higher commission tiers and priority on premium-creator matches.

8. Termination

Either side may terminate this engagement at any time. Commissions earned through the termination date will be paid on the next normal payout cycle. For-cause terminations (breach of Sections 3-5 above) may result in forfeiture of pending commissions for the period under review, subject to applicable labor law.

9. Disputes

Commission disputes must be raised within thirty days of the disputed payout. We will investigate within fifteen business days and share a written decision with the full calculation. If you remain unsatisfied, either side may pursue mediation in Delaware before litigation; this clause does not waive any statutory rights you hold under your local labor law.
