Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Amour (“Amour”, “we”, “us”) operates a private platform that matches independent adult-content creators on third-party platforms (such as OnlyFans and Fansly) with trained chat operators (“Chatters”). We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Amour in any capacity.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
  • You may not use Amour if you are on a sanctions list or located in a sanctioned country under applicable law.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your login credentials (email + PIN). We hash every PIN with a salted algorithm - we cannot recover it for you. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, email support@amour.app immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate a creator, Chatter, or employee of Amour, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Attempt to communicate with, solicit, or involve any minor on or through the platform. This is a zero-tolerance violation and will result in immediate termination and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Use the platform to harass, threaten, blackmail, or defraud any other user.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access except via explicitly provided APIs.
  • Circumvent the matching system to move business off-platform in order to avoid revenue-share or commission obligations.

5. Content & licensing

You retain ownership of all content you create. By uploading assets (profile photos, portfolios, writing samples) to Amour you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content strictly for the purpose of operating the platform and fulfilling matches. You may revoke this license at any time by deleting the content; we will remove it from active systems within thirty days.

6. Payments

Chatter compensation is defined in the individual Chatter Agreement you accept during onboarding. Payouts are processed on a weekly cadence via Stripe. Amour retains a commission on revenue generated through the platform; the exact rate is disclosed in your Chatter Agreement before you accept an engagement.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use section above, with or without prior notice where required to protect the safety of other users.

8. Disclaimers

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, specific match outcomes, or earnings levels. Earnings estimates shown during application are historical averages, not commitments.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amour's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the total commissions we received from you in the ninety days preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.

10. Changes

We will notify you by email at least fourteen days before material changes to these Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
