I have some experience with chatting and really enjoyed talking to clients, keeping conversations going and getting to know different personalities. I was also able to generate sales and bring in revenue, which I really enjoyed. I’m very comfortable with chatting and feel like it comes naturally to me. I’d be open to trying calls too, although I’m not 100% confident with them yet because chatting is definitely where I feel strongest.
