Putting too much emphasis on experience (or education in some instances) leads to the exact opposite of what that requirement is trying to accomplish: find the best person for the job. What I bring is the stuff you can’t train: elite social IQ, sharp timing and wit, sense of humor, and the ability to hold a genuine, high-converting conversation without sounding like a bot. I’ve seen this game from both sides of the screen. Typical chatters fall apart the moment a subscriber goes off-script, or challenges something. They kill the vibe, mistime the upsell, and/or lose the retention. On an account running $25k–$50k a month, money walks out the door the second a chatter folds like this. My entire background is built on reading people, commanding attention, and thinking on my feet. I know I have to sell myself harder here because on paper, I don’t have years of designated chatter experience. But that’s why you should look at what I actually bring to the table. What you get on shift: - Reliability: When I make a committment to something, I see it through. I've also been a manager and know how valuable that is in an employee. - Real banter: Natural flow (from a native English speaker) that builds legitimate rapport before closing the PPV. - Instant persona matching: I can lock into your creator’s specific voice, boundaries, and rhythm immediately. - Speed and execution: Fast typist, sharp multi-tasker, completely comfortable behind the tech and high volume. - 100% adaptability: Show me your vault, your tiers, and your strategy once, and I execute it to the letter. I'm just asking you to give me an opportunity to prove that your experience requirement shouldn't be the thing that keeps you from hiring your best possible option. Give me a paid trial shift. Let’s see what happens. I am going to catch some whales, might as well see if I can get my first one for you.
