I'm skilled at keeping chats engaging, identifying opportunities to increase sales through natural conversation, and responding quickly without making interactions feel scripted. I understand the importance of professionalism, confidentiality, and consistency, especially when handling multiple conversations at once. I'm also a fast learner, comfortable working night shifts, meeting performance goals, and adapting my approach based on each subscriber's interests.
