My name is Dorcas. I am 31 years old, and I have about 1 year of experience working as a chatter, where I developed strong communication skills, learned to engage clients effectively, and built lasting online relationships that drive customer satisfaction and sales. I have a background in customer service and sales, which has helped me understand client needs, handle different personalities, and maintain a professional yet friendly tone in conversations.
