I am Jackline from Kenya with a background in Administration and over 7 years of experience in lead generation, administration, and customer support. I later transitioned into chatting roles, where I built strong skills in engaging conversations and driving sales, and was promoted to a supervisor. I’m confident in creating natural, high-converting chats, managing multiple conversations, and delivering a great user experience in fast-paced environments.
